5) 発明の名称: N-アルキルピリジニウムホウ酸塩を触媒とするカルボン酸とアミンを用いたアミド縮合物の製造方法 発明者: 石原一彰,山本尚 要旨: 本発明はN-アルキルピリジニウムホウ酸触媒を用いたカルボン酸とアミンの直接アミド縮合によるアミドあるいはポリアミドの新しい製造方法に関するものである。例えば、アルゴン気流下、N-ブチルピロリジノン溶媒を用いて200-300°Cで加熱脱水することによって高分子量のポリアミド及びポリイミドを製造することが出来る。 | |
6) 発明の名称: アミノ酸由来の光学活性ヒドロキサム酸配位子の開発 発明者: 星野雄二郎、大石理貴、山本尚 要旨: 新規に開発したヒドロキサム酸はアミノ酸を主骨格としており、安価に合成できる有用な配位子である。この配位子は三部分に分割され、それぞれを変化させることにより多数の類似した配位子を容易に合成可能である。そこで、コンビナトリアル手法を用いてバナジウム触媒を用いるアリルアルコールのエポキシ化反応に最適な配位子を探索した。その結果、触媒活性が高く、高いエナンチオ選択性でアリルアルコールを不斉エポキシ化する触媒を開発することに成功した。 | |
