 | | | | | Abstract: We have developed the various methods which enable us to perform materials design in the nano-meter scale. These methods have been applied to nano-spintronics materials, surface reactions, and nano-lyared system satisfactory, which proves their efficiency. Also we have organized Computational Materials Design (CMD) Workshop, twice a year (totally 5 times before the end of the project) in order to open and distribute the methods thus developed. |
